After college (Emory Univ), went on to attend law school (Stetson College of Law). Worked as an Asst. Public Defender, several years in private practice, several years as an Asst. State Attorney, and last, in the Brevard County Attorney's Office retiring as Deputy County Attorney. Failed retirement and went back to work in the County Attorney's Office.
Married, divorced after about 12 years.
On boards of a couple of not for profits - Crosswinds Youth Services, Inc and First Step, Inc..
A fair number of cats and dogs over the years; and at one point, a horse, goat and an umbrella cockatoo; the odd rat snake and iguana, etc. (the ex-husband's
idea). Currently pet-less although occasionally pet-sit the grand-dog.
